ChatGPT Apps are not on every plan or in every region, and admins can disable them in Business and Enterprise workspaces. On Plus and Pro you can add Protplex by hand instead: open Settings > Apps & Connectors, then Advanced settings > Developer mode, and create a connector with this URL.
