For security concerns, suspected credential exposure, abuse, or misuse of Protplex, include Security or Abuse in the subject line.

What to include

  • A short description of the issue or request.
  • The email address associated with your Protplex account, if relevant.
  • Any request identifier, timestamp, error message, or screenshot that helps us investigate.
  • Whether the issue occurred on the Protplex website or through an integration such as ChatGPT, an MCP client, or another assistant platform.
  • For privacy or data-rights requests, describe the right you want to exercise, such as access, correction, deletion, objection, or portability. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

What not to include

Please do not send passwords, API keys, one-time passcodes, payment-card data, government identifiers, patient information, medical records, human-subject research data, confidential third-party information, or other sensitive or regulated information unless we explicitly request it.

Protplex support is not an emergency, clinical, diagnostic, or laboratory-safety support channel. Do not use Protplex or Protplex support for urgent medical, safety, or emergency decisions.
